However, genuine mistakes can happen and don't worry if you get your first order wrong. In this case, just drop us an email at orders at unapologaytic.com and we’ll sort you out. Alternatively you can also request an exchange from your customer account.
In the unlikely event of a faulty product, email us at orders at unapologaytic.com with a clear photo of the problem and we’ll get you a replacement.
