FAQ

Shipping and returns

Do you accept refunds, returns and exchanges?

Each garment is printed to order so please make sure you order the correct size and check the sizing guides (there's one here). That's why, unfortunately, we won't refund orders.

However, as amazing as we all are, we’re only human. Genuine mistakes can happen and don't worry if you get your first order wrong. In this case, just drop us an email at orders@unapologaytic.com and we’ll sort you out.

In the unlikely event of a faulty product, email us at orders@unapologaytic.com with a clear photo of the problem and we’ll get you a replacement.

What size should I order?

Our garments are true to size. In other words, order the size you usually wear and you'll be fine. There's also a guide with pictures here.

How long will it take to get my garment?

Turnaround time is between 2 and 5 working days.

How and where do you ship?

We use Royal Mail for standard and recorded/signed for shipping or DPD for courier service and ship worldwide.

Will I be able to track my products as they’re shipped?

Yes, but only if you’ve upgraded your service to Recorded or Courier. When shipped to the UK, Royal Mail's Recorded service is only tracked on collection and delivery - if you want to track UK parcels in more detail you'll need to use the Courier option. Both Recorded and Courier offer detailed tracking for all orders shipped outside the UK.

Where can I find my parcel tracking information?

Your tracking code will be included in the dispatch notification sent to your email address or phone number.

When will my products be delivered?

This depends on the courier, but Royal Mail quote their First Class delivery service as taking 1 to 3 working days for UK deliveries, 3 to 5 working days for Europe and 7 to 10 for the rest of the world. The Courier option is a next working day service in the UK.

What if my order doesn't arrive?

Whilst rare, parcels can go missing in the post. We cannot issue replacement orders until 10 working days after dispatch for the UK and 28 days for Europe & Worldwide. This is because we cannot claim from Royal Mail until this time.

If an order does not arrive, we always recommend checking at your local post office and confirming your address before contacting us. Please also note that we must be notified within 30 days of any orders that have not arrived. After this time we cannot replace any orders free of charge.

Garment Printing

What's the outline around the print on my garment?

Should you ever find a mark left on the fabric of your brand new garment, it is absolutely nothing to worry about. It's really not a fault but simply a side-effect of the printing process. Whilst it's really not too common, it will disappear the first time the garment is washed. Please make sure you wash it inside out at 30º. Please also do not tumble dry the garment and you’ll be fine.

We use a printing method called Direct to Garment or DTG which is quite similar to home desk jet printing. Everything we print is heat-pressed. The heat cures the ink with the product, so it's a vital step. Without it, the designs would simply rub off/wash out straight away. DTG printed products need pre-treating. It acts similar to the primer used before painting wood or drywall, stopping the ink being absorbed into the garment and offering a surface for it to adhere to.
