Returns / Exchange
Because all items are made to order, unfortunately we are unable to accept returns.
However, if it's your first order and think you got the size wrong, we'll happily exchange your T-Shirt for the size you require. Just email email@example.com and we'll sort you out as quickly as possible.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Any item not in its original condition, damaged or for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for exchange.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. To return your product, you should first visit the returns centre.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping items over £60/$75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
